Onchain Agents Directory Change Feed

A field-level diff of the free-export fields between the snapshot on a requested baseline date and the live record, plus the event log that explains why each change happened. Built for mirrors that want to stay current without re-pulling the whole catalogue. The response states its own coverage limits: a sync feed that silently misses changes is worse than none.
