Plain language. The clauses on what a score is, and what a listing is not, matter most.

What this is
Sato Hub (satohub.ai) is operated by Prime Signal Labs, LLC (“we”). It is a directory of tooling for building onchain AI agents, plus a public MCP server and a set of open data feeds over the same catalog. You can look anything up without an account or a key; the few paid products are listed on /pricing. Contact for anything in these terms: satohub88@gmail.com.
The data is yours to use
The catalog is published under CC-BY-4.0. Take it, mirror it, build on it commercially — the one condition is attribution: data by satohub.ai. That covers the exports, the MCP responses and the change feed. It does not cover our name, logo or page designs.
Three data licences exist today, stated plainly. The catalog is CC-BY-4.0, as above. The two series sold per call over x402 (one listing's score history, and the weekly agent-economy series) are licensed to the buyer for their own use and analysis, including commercially, and are not licensed for redistribution or resale as a dataset. The monthly Onchain Agent Dataset archive is CC-BY-NC-4.0: you may analyse it and redistribute it non-commercially with attribution, and you may not resell it or build a commercial product whose substance is that data. A key does not change which licence applies. The history is the one thing here that cannot be reconstructed after the fact; the table is on /pricing. Software we publish is licensed in its own repository.
A Sato Score is not a recommendation
Scores measure how open, active and verifiable a project is, computed from public evidence. A score is not a security audit, a quality judgement, a safety rating, or any statement about whether something will make or lose money. A high score on an unsafe project is entirely possible and would not be a bug. Read the methodology before relying on one.
A listing is not an endorsement
Projects appear here because they exist and are relevant, not because we vouch for them. Claiming a listing proves control of a domain and nothing more. Registering an agent passport records a claim its owner made. None of it is verification, and we say so on every surface that shows it.
Nothing here is financial advice
This is a technical directory. Nothing on it is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a solicitation to buy or sell anything. Onchain software can lose you money irreversibly, including through bugs in projects we list. Do your own work before you fund anything.
Fair use of the free services
The MCP server and the exports need no key and have no daily count. Per-address burst limits apply to a few endpoints; the pricing page lists every one. In return: do not hammer them. If you need the whole catalog, take the export once rather than crawling every page, and use the change feed to stay current. We may rate-limit or block traffic that degrades the service for everyone, and we would rather email you than block you — so identify your client honestly in its user-agent.
If you submit something
Submitting a listing, claiming one, or registering an agent means you have the right to share what you send and that it is accurate. We edit for accuracy and house style, and we can decline or remove anything — typically because it is dead, misrepresented, or not what it claims to be.
Paid services
Some services are paid, and each states its price before you commit; the complete list, with every limit and fee, is on /pricing. Nothing that is currently free becomes retroactively chargeable. Payments are handled by Stripe or settled onchain; we never see card details, and we never take custody of funds or keys.
What each paid product is. Sato Check Team is a monthly plan for private-repo checks in CI, one org policy, change alerts and on-demand sandbox runs. Platform & Data is a monthly plan that adds the full daily file, the full history, the agent-economy series and the monthly archive, under a separate data licence. Both raise limits, attribute your usage to your account, and are billed by Stripe until you cancel. Credits are a prepaid unit for the Agent Architect: no cash value, non-transferable, not refundable for cash. Credits are for the Agent Architect only. They buy no plan, no data, no placement and no verification. A Featured listing is 30 days of labelled placement and never buys rank, a Sato Score or verification; the slot is paused and not on sale. The one-off Onchain Agent Dataset is retired and is now part of Platform & Data; an order placed before that keeps its licence. Pay-per-read data is bought over x402 in USDC on Base, one read at a time, at a price computed from how much the response contains and stated in the payment request before you sign (the formulas are on /pricing). A Sato OS licence is a one-time licence under its own terms, and trades routed through its rail pay the rail fee shown next to the price. Swap and launch fees are taken inside a transaction you sign and are stated on every quote before you sign. Cancellation and refunds are decided as set out under billing on /pricing.
No warranty
The site and its data are provided as they are. The catalog is refreshed daily from public sources and will sometimes be wrong, stale or incomplete — if you find something wrong, tell us and we will fix it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what you do with it.
Changes
We will update this page when the product changes and move the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the current version.
