The four verdicts and the four targets they are returned for. A verdict describes evidence on a date. It is not a security review, a price opinion, or a statement about returns.

| unknown | We hold no record, or the lane could not be read. Unknown is never zero and never a finding against the target; by default it refuses. |
| target: token_in | The token lane in lib/preflightToken.ts, over keyless chain reads. A non-EVM chain or an unresolvable symbol answers unknown with the reason. |
