x402 Bazaar
Coinbase's discovery index of x402-priced resources: sellers register an endpoint and price, and the catalogue is readable without a key.
The Bazaar is a catalogue of HTTP resources that accept x402 payments, kept by the Coinbase facilitator. Each entry names a resource URL, the payment requirements it advertises (including the payTo address) and some metadata. It is exposed through a public discovery endpoint, so an agent — or Sato Hub — can list what is for sale without an account.
Sato Hub reads the Bazaar keylessly to count catalogued seller hosts and to take the payTo addresses it then looks for in on-chain settlement. That join — catalogue address to observed transfer — is how a nominal seller is separated from one that has actually been paid.
A Bazaar entry is a listing, not a transaction. Registering costs a seller nothing, so the catalogue count is an upper bound on active sellers, and the Bazaar covers only resources registered with that one facilitator.
