dstack is an Apache-2.0 framework for deploying containerised apps into TEEs (Intel TDX, AMD SEV-SNP and other attestation sources). It binds the compose file, OS image and hardware report to an app identity and releases keys only after verification. Phala Cloud runs on it. The project describes its own guarantees; they are not independently verified here.
