Overview
Starknet Agentic, maintained by the keep-starknet-strange ecosystem org, packages Cairo smart contracts (agent accounts with spending policies, session keys, ERC-8004 identity registries), MCP/A2A runtimes, x402 payment helpers, and installable agent skills for Starknet. It's designed for self-custodial, local-first agents where on-chain account contracts — not a backend service — enforce spending and execution policy.
