1inch is a DEX aggregator that routes swaps across many liquidity sources on 13+ chains via its developer API suite (Swap, Balance, Portfolio, Token, Gas, Transaction). It has shipped an official MCP server that exposes its API suite (including swap execution) to AI agents, with goal-based, policy-aware workflows (rules for chains, pairs, slippage, signing) while remaining non-custodial at the API level.
