Almanak

An AI-agent framework and non-custodial vault protocol for designing, backtesting, and deploying automated DeFi yield and trading strategies.

Last release Jul 24, 2026 · Last commit Jul 21, 2026 · ★ 57

Overview

Almanak provides a multi-agent 'AI Swarm' plus quant infrastructure (simulators, backtesters, permission-controlled smart accounts) and a vault protocol that tokenizes strategies as ERC-7540 vaults, targeting non-technical users via a no-code interface. It launched the ALMANAK token at a TGE in December 2025; TVL, revenue, and user figures are self-reported by the project and unverified. Treat any yield or performance claims as speculative.

Breaking Changes Hyperliquid perp opens fail closed on non-1x leverage. CoreWriter has no set-leverage action, so a requested leverage was never applied on-venue — positions opened at the account's per-asset default (e.g. 20x cross), surfaced only as a warning. PERP_OPEN requesting non-1x leverage is now rejected at compile time unless the strategy explicitly opts in with the new Intent.perp_open(

sdk v2.22.0

Breaking Changes aave_v3 on plasma no longer passes the runtime chain gate (config-level). The chain was never proven and is no longer advertised; a config pairing aave_v3 with plasma now fails at boot with a ConfigurationError instead of failing on-chain later. Re-enabling requires a manifest + proof run (see the VIB-5916 pattern). Features Aave V3 on Linea — the aave_v3 connector declares linea
