Circle announced Agent Stack on May 11, 2026. Its docs list Circle CLI, Agent Wallets with spending policies, Agent Nanopayments, an Agent Marketplace, open-source Circle Skills and a hosted x402 facilitator for Arc, Base and Polygon PoS (https://developers.circle.com/agent-stack). Nanopayments via Circle Gateway went live on mainnet on Apr 29, 2026 with gas-free USDC transfers down to $0.000001 on 11 EVM chains (https://www.circle.com/blog/nanopayments-powered-by-circle-gateway-is-now-live-on-mainnet). Runnable starter kits for LangChain, the Claude Agent SDK, the OpenAI Agents SDK, the Vercel AI SDK and Google ADK are published at https://github.com/circlefin/agent-stack-starter-kits (Apache-2.0). The Arc mainnet launch (Sep 16, 2026) extends it to Circle's own chain.
