AgentsPay (agentspay.ai) describes itself as a rail-neutral control plane: it evaluates a policy before money moves and declines or holds a charge that breaks a limit. Its site lists a REST API, an MCP server and SDKs for LangChain, CrewAI, the OpenAI Agents SDK and the Vercel AI SDK, and names x402, AP2, ACP and MPP among the payment standards it works with. It states that it does not hold funds or issue cards itself. Hosted and closed source, with paid plans and a free sandbox (see its pricing page). No public repo was found, so this listing rests on its own site. Unrelated to the agentspay package on npm.
