Lightning pi, by Mat Balez, is a demonstration service built to the x402 exact-on-Lightning spec the x402 Foundation merged on 2026-09-23. Its /digits-of-pi endpoint answers HTTP 402 with a BOLT11 invoice on Bitcoin mainnet (network lnbtc:000000000019d6689c085ae165831e93), priced at 100000 millisatoshis. The repo ships a wallet-aware agent skill (SKILL.md) and a Rust client, and the receiving wallet is Lexe. It is a one-endpoint example, useful for testing an x402 Lightning client end to end, not a data product.
